Efficiently program measuring cells – process-reliable with Zeiss Inspect
Automatically analyze and visually process test data
We program automated measuring cells for series and individual production – precisely tailored to component geometry and cycle time.
and quality requirements. With Zeiss Inspect, we develop robust testing procedures that reliably measure, document, and evaluate – whether inline, atline, or offline.
A key element is the automation of measurement processes: We ensure stable processes, minimal operator dependency, and maximum repeatability – perfectly integrated into your production environment. Whether for initial sample inspection reports, SPC tests, or 100% inspections: We deliver sophisticated measurement strategies with a clear structure – individually parameterized, implemented in accordance with standards, and fully digitally documented.

We translate the requirements from technical drawings into streamlined, standardized test plans.
- Our customers provide us with a stamped technical drawing on which all relevant dimensions, tolerances and elements are noted.
- We then transfer all the information into an inspection plan that can be mapped on the ZEISS / GOM software (e.g. ZEISS Inspect).
Automation and efficiency
Recurring elements/structures:
- For many identical elements (e.g., pins, holes), we use CSV export/re-import to automate data and design elements.
- Advantage: no manual re-creation of each individual element, but mass import of element groups.
Follow-up orders:
- For new, similar components in a follow-up order, many elements can be transferred via export/import.
- This keeps the effort to a minimum, even if the test plans are complex.
