Unlock potential, launch series
Functional components and complex details
We support you in implementing complex development tasks and creating presentation models – flexibly with SolidWorks or Inventor, precisely according to your needs. Whether it's a single part, an assembly, complete systems, or series components: you receive digital solutions that are technically sophisticated, functional, and ready to use. Remotely or integrated into your team, scalable to project requirements, with close coordination with your existing project partners to ensure everything fits seamlessly into your development processes.
In co-engineering, we consider all relevant requirements for design, function, and assembly. Intricate details are implemented precisely, critical surfaces are optimized to minimize distortion, and screw connections are integrated directly via inserts, printed threads, or snap hooks for secure assembly.
To ensure your projects are optimally implemented from the initial idea to the production-ready solution, our [service/project] is structured as follows:
Co-engineering in three key areas:

New development in co-engineering
Concept development &
Design consultation
Structural and functional design
Integration additives
Design principles
CAD modeling & data preparation
Feasibility and manufacturing potential analysis

Optimization & adaptation of existing designs
Potential analysis for additive manufacturing (AM potentials)
Consulting on Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM)
Adaptation of existing
Detailed solutions or complex assemblies
Concept preservation while taking new manufacturing technologies into account.
Smart Function Integration & Optimization
Support for assembly consolidation

Variant development & design adaptations
Digital representation of product families
Parameter-driven component management with libraries
Preservation of functions and solution principles
Adjustment of product parameters (size, diameter, length) for variant creation
Achieving success faster with measurement data
µ-Co-Engineering in Additive Manufacturing
With our in-house developed test specimen, based on the current ISO-ASTM 52902 and VDI 3405 Part 3.2 standards, we know the limits of what's possible in additive manufacturing. We not only check the dimensional accuracy of a wide variety of additive technologies and materials, but also measure the performance of individual manufacturing processes. Using this real-time database, we develop your design project to the very core of current additive manufacturing capabilities.
Use our precise knowledge
about the limits of 3D printing (“µ-data”)
for your next AM project
We are happy to support you.
