We deliver highly accurate data for every application.
High-quality 3D data for every industry
Using stationary 3D scanning with Zeiss Atos, we digitize objects up to a diameter of 500 mm and a height of 1000 mm. Our focus is on freeform shapes, complex structures, and individually adapted external geometries, even in predefined or real-world installation situations.
We specialize in digitizing parts for which no CAD data exists and pass the data directly on to our customers – for reverse engineering, additive manufacturing, quality control or visualization.

Typical use cases of our customers
- Art objects: 3D digitization for later scaling or production, e.g. in metal or plastic.
- Handcrafted models: Reproduction through precise 3D data
- Design models: Hand-modeled designs are scanned, surfaces are corrected, symmetries are adjusted, and they are prepared for presentations or board decisions.
- Museums: Archiving and digitizing artifacts and exhibits
- Automotive & Mechanical Engineering: Parts, such as individually adapted sheet metal parts, are scanned to be fed back into CAD systems.
- Assemblies: Digital mapping of the environment to ensure the correct fit of new parts
- Serial measurement & quality control: We digitize components and deliver the data to customers for further evaluation.
- Sales & Presentation: 3D data for visualization at trade fairs or in digital catalogs
- Spare parts & reverse engineering: Scanning of components, preparation for additive manufacturing or CAD-based spare parts management
- Capacity expansion: Customers without their own measurement capabilities can access our precise scan data.
